2. Website delivery and hosting
We host this website with STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Access involves processing technical connection data, including the IP address, access time, requested page or file, transferred data volume, response status, and browser and operating system information. This enables delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.
STRATO states that the access logs made available to website operators use anonymised IP addresses or hostnames and are available for six weeks. This describes those access logs, not every internal security log maintained by the provider. Provider information: STRATO access logs and STRATO privacy information.
3. WordPress, Elementor and local resources
We use WordPress with Elementor Free and a TRASMO extension for navigation, the equipment catalogue, direct contact links and country map. Images, fonts and map resources are served by the website server. The map is a local illustration and does not load Google Maps. The public content pages do not embed analytics, marketing, social-media or external CAPTCHA services. In particular, they do not use Google Analytics.
4. Cookies and device access
In the reviewed configuration, visiting the public content pages or using navigation, catalogue filters and the country map does not involve analytics or marketing cookies. The restricted WordPress login and administration area uses necessary cookies for authentication, session checks and user settings. These functions are intended for authorised editors and administrators. Necessary device storage or access is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; associated processing for secure operation is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete cookies in your browser, which may require you to log in again.
5. Contact by email and telephone
You can contact us using the email addresses and telephone numbers shown on this website. Email links open your own email app; telephone links may open your calling app. This website provides no contact form, sends no contact inquiries and stores no form messages. If you write to us or call us, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request. Please do not send particularly sensitive information by ordinary email.
Processing for pre-contractual steps you request or for performance of a contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other relevant inquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No blanket consent to data processing is required in order to contact us.
Email communications involve the processing of communication data by the email service providers used by TRASMO. We do not promise that all communication data is stored exclusively on local computers.
6. Direct contact links
Using the contact links does not submit a form through WordPress. No form fields, consent or privacy-acknowledgement checkboxes, or form-related anti-spam identifiers are collected for this purpose. This does not affect the technically necessary connection data processed when visiting the website as described in section 2.
7. Recipients and retention
Access is limited to the people responsible for handling your request at TRASMO and technical service providers where necessary for operation, maintenance or communication. Information is shared with other parties only where necessary for the requested service or on another legal basis. It is not shared for third-party advertising. There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, or corresponding profiling.
Inquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as required to handle the matter, maintain a subsequent business relationship or protect legitimate claims. They are then deleted unless statutory retention duties apply. Retention therefore depends on the purpose, progress of the matter and applicable obligations; no blanket four-week deletion period is promised.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object on grounds relating to your particular situation. If other processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent for the future. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. For private-sector organisations in Bavaria, this includes the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Postfach 1349, 91504 Ansbach, Germany. Information and complaint options: www.lda.bayern.de.
9. Transport encryption and changes
This website uses HTTPS to protect transmission between your browser and the web server. This does not promise end-to-end encryption for ordinary email. These notices will be adapted if website functions or integrated services change.
